At the time of her accident she had her Labradoodle in the back seat (thank goodness) but not in her little doggie seat belt harness because she was just making a quick trip to the dry cleaner and back. Wouldn't you know that was the very trip where missjunebug gets front-ended (!) by an SUV!! She's learned her lesson about always using her doggie seat belt harness even for the shortest trips! missjunebug thinks Doxies.com makes an excellent point.
