My boyfriend and I have two Dachshund pups 3 and 6 months old.. we're constantly on the lookout for new beds for them since they seem to go through them so easily and we are constantly washing them due to their 'marking'. We recently came across the BunBed, which was specifically made for dachshunds. I adored their website and their testimonials page. We just ordered one and are anxious to get it for the pups to try out. it looks like it is perfectly designed for dachshunds, especially since i've noticed that mine like to sqeeze themselves between the body pillow and the couch and snuggle between our legs.

The ChiroBed was designed for dachshunds by dachshund owners. I wouldnt have any other bed.
It's not cheap, but will last a lifetime because it's made so well.

I have also noticed that my dog likes to be at the same height as the bed at nighttime. I slightly higher dog bed might stop dogs from climbing up onto the bed at night. Once there I don't have the heart to make them get down.
